I seriously think I'm going to go mad!

so I've started having restless sleep yay!! I think i'm getting around an hour at a time, but I don't want to look at a clock and see. As well as this I waking up to aweful headaches and neck pain ... then to top it all off I keep hearing a wooshy heartbeat kind of sound in my left ear CONSTANTLY!!! it's driving me up the wall *huff*
Then, just to make it that little bit better OH decides to guilt trip me this morning over not ringing some place. So I did but there systems were down and I was to ring in half an hour, he rang me back and I told him and the first thing he said was 'Did you actually ring them and is this a lie?' ... THANKS!!!! i feel like sh*t as it is and now I'm getting the 'i don't fully trust you card' thrown at me
It's really not fair is this and I seriously wish the stupid ear wooshy thing would fricken stop
