I think out nursery will be started soon!

Well its already started! wallpaper is scripped, electrics need done and fitted wardrobes painted (or if that doesnt work, removed).

But think we have our plaster now! eck! £1200! But so much better than the othe quotes we have had.

We should have had one start today, but called us up and added several hundard pound to the quote, so we said dont bother. Made it over £2000, when we had agreed to pay nearly £1500.

But had a quote back this evening and they can start monday or tuesday next week! yipee! be so happy when the room is done and can put all their stuff in there.

yeah, i know, its using insulating boards as our house is old so doenst have a cavity wall, so this is whats reccommened. Im fairly happy with the quote and it means most of the upstairs has been done now! Yey!

Downstairs will be worse as the rooms are even biggers and have proper damp issues, so need to take the internal walls down and sort that first! arh!

Anyway, joys of buying an old house, i think ive been put off, next house, brand new self build lol!
