I noticed that people have pictures where your username goes? How can I add a pic???

Go to the top right hand side of the forum, hit user cp, then on the right, click edit avatar

I'm confused now...I always tell people it's on the left (as is the edit avatar once you get in there) - is it just a firefox thing making it all backwards? I thought it would be the same on all browsers? x
