Hello everyone

I had my beautiful Katherine Anne 6 months ago and I am now 4 weeks pregnant again. Completely unexpected but thrilled.

Anyone else have babies this close and how did you cope?

I am already exhausted beyond my DHs comprehension.

Not this time but with my 1st two. While i found things like getting out of the house tough on my own all the other stuff was easy as my sleep was still disrupted so didn't get that total exhaustion shock like i did with 1st and 3rd baby. You'll be fine, dont be afraid to ask for help if its available to you. ( wasn't for me but i would have taken it in a heartbeat lol )

Yep over here!

I'm 14 weeks tomorrow and have a 9 month old! The tiredness is just starting to kick in really, DS usually sleeps right through but for the last few nights keeps waking at 3ish, so I feel like a zombie when I get up at 0530 for work!

We had to use IVF for DS, so this surprise BFP really was a blessing, even if it was a little sooner then expected!!

Me! I have a 23 month old, a 6 month old and am almost 5 weeks pregnant. We weren't TTC but weren't preventing either. I'm tired but considering I work full time, take care of the house/family and am pregnant its to be expected!

As far as coping, I find I just do what I need to do. Letting the house go a bit is what usually happens. Far more important to me to see my kiddos when I'm home. We TTC with our first for 9 years so I really cherish my time with them!

My Ds2 isn't even 5 months old yet! My DS1 is 2!!! This was a total surprise/shock!!!

All of mine are petty close together (although I had 8 month olds when I got pregnant with the second and third, so they were a little bit older than yours). People think we're crazy, but I always tell them, "I'm already changing diapers and not sleeping through the night, so why not just get it all done at once?" :winkwink:

My first two are 12 months 13 days apart. There are 15 months between the second and third...8 and half years between 3rd and 4th now lol.

It was extremely difficult to get anything done. I don't remember who reached what milestone when, and I felt very isolated. HOWEVER, we all got through it and the oldest 3 are now extremely close and love each other very much. I didn't have to baby proof three times, either. Lol I haven't even told them about number 4 yet. We're waiting until after my midwife appointment.

7 1/2 wks and my youngest is a week off 8 months old, exhasted doesn't even come close that plus the nausea and insomnia that has struck is not helpful
