Hi this is my first time using opk's and Im pretty sure this is positive but I had all the cramps I associate with ovulating a couple of days ago and I am now confused

Thank you everyone Have tested everyday after I got + and they have all been negative.
Then this morning I woke with the worst cold/sore throat with headache and backache Not had much last couple of days as Ive been feeling off it
