Icandy Cherry back wheel clicking!

Hiya!

The back right wheel of my cherry is clicking when pushed. I can't seem to see where it is coming from. Has anyone experienced this from an Icandy and whether it is a problem with mine or maybe a structural fault?

Also I can't take it back to the shop for a while because I got it at a shop by my mums.

Does anyone know whether they will send it off, replace it or leave me without a buggy?? I am buggered if they do that!!

Can I take it to another Icandy supplier?

Could it be a stone stuck in the wheel? I quite often have this with mine x

Hadn't thought of that but haven't seen anything stuck, but shall have another look

The click is always at the same time, so one wheel cycle iykwim x

You need to send it back through the shop you bought it from I believe. I know this is what I have to do with John Lewis here. I haven't experienced any clicking so it's best to ring them first for advice before sending it off. Your shop may be able to 'rent' you a pushchair in the meantime.

Thanks, what a bloody pain as I've moved!! Hmm I shall give them a ring tomorrow and see what they say

I'd give them a bell first and explain to them the problem, they may be able to check a few things over the phone. Hope you get it sorted.

It may also be worth taking the wheel off and putting it on again - making sure you hear it click into place - just in case it has worked loose xx

Mine clicks but only if im pulling the pushchair backwards. Iykwim?
