Ideas to put in a hamper?

My dad has a girlfriend that we don't spend any time with (his doing not ours) but if we pass in the street we will stop and talk. i never know what to buy her for Christmas but thought a hamper might be a nice gift this year, I just don't know what to put in it. I don't think the traditional shop brought ones would appeal and she also doesn't drink so aside from chocolate and biscuits I had no ideas, do any of you ladies have some suggestions at all? I did my friend a "night in" hamper and managed to get it all from Asda, just mooching round, there's lots of hidden things there if you have a general idea of what you want xx

Jam
Nice non-alcoholic soft drink (e.g. elderflower presse)
Posh crisps
Nuts
Pannecotta?
