idk if this means I am pregnant

okay well I'm only 19 years old and well its been almost 4 weeks this Monday since me and my friend had sex I started my period the 23rd of that week we had sex and well I've been told there's no way that someone could get pregnant if you start your period. well last weekend I had this feeling like something was pulling or tugging on my belly button then after awhile I had bad cramping like I was on my period then I had this dull pain on both of my sides of my pelvic. I took a test since people say take it 3 weeks after sex but it came up negative. I have never felt this before and idk if I could be pregnant. I also haven't really been hungry also sometimes I pee more and right now I have this dull pain next to my belly button to the right

Hi!
Your uterus isn't anywhere near your bellybutton at 4 weeks pregnant. If you had a full on period it's more than likely your not pregnant.

It doesn't sound like you are pregnant, however you could have an infection so I'd definitely get to the dr.
