Ikea or Argos

I wouldn't expect much in that price range from either, tbh. I would honestly buy good condition second hand stuff from ebay that is worth a lot more, if you want it to look good and last.

I cant use ebay, I dont know how it works ive tried but the bidding thing is just confusing for me, i would forget ive bid on something probs! Ive also tried to register and appaerntly i have an account but Ebay wont tell me my username or password!!! and i cant make a new acc i only have one email and it says its in use, (yet wont email me my log in details!)

We bought a bedroom set ( wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside cabinets) from argos. They were really poor quality, they completely fell apart a few weeks after we got them.

I prefer Ikea furniture to argos. I have bought from both in the past and Ikea is much better quality.
If your on a budget have you thought about looking around second hand shops?
We were recently looking at bedside tables to buy (new) and OH ended up finding some gorgeous bedside tables which are good quality solid wood from a second hand shop and got them cheap, they aren't that old and are from a hotel. they had a load of them in because the hotel was redecorating so throwing all their stuff out.
It's worth a look, sometimes you can get good bargains

ikea, purely because of the hotdogs :D :D :D yum yum

Charity shops, ebay, freecycle, gumtree?

Agree on Ikea hotdogs yummy!!

Ikea are much better - they test things loads too

I have had some stuff from Argos thats 'okay' but not great - besides you cant see them properly from Argos til you get it home, build it and realise you don't like it - in Ikea you can see everything made up!

I love Ikea...OH is Swedish but I am not bias

yep im looking on freecycle and gumtree and local little shops aswell. Theres not much on any! and if i find something i like its miles and miles away, i cant physically go and pick up a wardrobe and bring it home so i have to buy it new/flatpacked and build it.

ive decided argos is out! i will get like, wall shelves n housey things there but not furniture that i NEED to last!
