Illness and implantation

Can being ill (as in a stomach bug) prevent implantation? I'm 10 DPO today. Had vomitting and diarrhoea friday night/saturday.

I'm feeling very low today - i'm not hopeful at all.

no hun it cant. how do you feel now? vomiting and dhiorreah can be a symptom hun, thugh if your sure it was a bug then it may not have been xx

I woke this morning with a severe case of nausea, diarrhea and burning boobies - no stomach bug for me - hoping it's implantation with the temp drop

I'm 10 DPO. all i can say is that if implantation can cause that much vomitting and diarhoea i'd hate to have morning sickness!!! pretty sure its a bug as it seems to be doing the rounds at work. i don't really have any other symptoms either.

I'm all messed up this cycle and would like it to end either way with BFP or AF (though the former preferably). I hate waiting....
