im 16 and 30 weeks pregnant with my 1st and i have scolisis and lower pelvic pain

im 16 and im 30 weeks pregnant and i have scolisis what can i do for the pain. and i also have this lower vaginal pelvic stabbing pain and sometimes i cant walk or move i have to be picked up and turned over. any advice
