all week ive had some LIGHT cramping.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Cramping is normal. As long as there's no blood it's just stretching. I've done some reading and apparently it goes on the entire pregnancy! I'm starting to get used to mine now!

Hope you're ok otherwise and congratulations on reaching 9 weeks! xx

Yes, I've been getting it throughout. I don't think you need to worry unless there's blood...

its normal it comes and goes some times my tummy feels like i have done 10000000 sit ups with all the streaching .. you will feel it more now as ur wasteline starts to grow around this time xx

Thanks ladies. No blood whatsoever. And all the books i read also say its normal. I would not at all say its severe or constant. Just obvious ya know?

Thanks for replying

Funnily enough, a few days before my 10 week scan, I had the worst cramping.
Was curled into a ball on the bed for hours.
Everything is fine, mostly it is either streching pains or wind pains.
If I get them both at the same time it feels like blooming labour coming on!!

I have had crampy feelings on and off for weeks.
Normal for me :)

(also with my m/cs I had no cramping before the bleeding started, so I seem to cramp in a healthy pg and not cramp in my unhealthy ones!)

I hear ya with the wind problems.....I suffer with trapped wind and gastritis normally so am kind of used to it and know the things that bring it on but the pregnancy has caused a couple of flare ups and that combined with stretching pains....I really did think I was dying!!!!
