Zara I always had to fold my wraps, I still do with my woven, too wide fabric just ends up in a nightmare of twists and sore points for me. I tried for a couple months not folding and I still couldn't get the hang of it.

Try this massive list, although these are mainly for woven, it should still work with a stretchy
