It seems I'm not feeling him move as much as I used to. He used to seem to move around almost all day, and now I only get a few kicks a day.:sad1:
Is it normal for them to start slowing down????? I just don't want there to be anything wrong.

Aww hon :hugs:

I'm sure everything is fine, as long as you're getting 10 movements I think a day then its ok. I've gotten movement slowdown aswell. I think they're just more active when we're sleeping. I still feel the baby during the day but not like before, it might be because they're losing space and they can't do summersaults in there anymore. If its really bugging you, you could give a ring to your doctor to put your mind at ease :hugs:

Thank you Jenny. I just poked around at my tummy, and I think I woke him up or something, cuz now he's kicking all right!
I just get worried easily. I think I read too much online of what could go wrong, and it starts stressing me out.
At least I'm not the only one who has had movement slow down. If I do continue to get worried, I will call my docs.

Oh...by the way....we only have a few more days to go until our countdown from 100 begins!!!!! :happydance:

A few weeks ago i noticed I wasnt feeling the baby move so much and when i asked my midwife she made a good point. Sometimes we think there a decrease in movement, but its actually us gettin used to the movements so we dont notice the little ones as much.

Thank you. Like I said...I'm a bit of a worry wart...

:wohoo::wohoo::wohoo:

I can't believe we're already there! and just 2 more weeks before we're in the 3rd Tri. I'm getting nervous lol. But a good nervous! :happydance:

OMG!!!! That's it?!?!!!! :happydance:
I didn't even realize!!!!!!!!!!! :happydance::headspin::happydance: Wooooo!!!!!! Maybe it will slow down a little once we get to the third tri.

I bet it will, we'll be complaining about every little ache and twinge thats for sure. Although I was almost 34 weeks with Drake when I went into labor and I wasen't feeling miserable, I had just started to feel uncomfortable sleeping but I bet things will happen sooner with this one  I have my fingers crossed that we sail through the 3rd tri :happydance::headspin:

I'm with ya on that! I'm already complaining of back pains...can't wait to see what it will be like when I'm even bigger!:dohh: Might end up in a wheelchair for the last month or so

Just thought Id say babies normally go quiet when they are having a growth spurt and they are due one in your case over the next few weeks so keep an eye on your bumps :D

xx

My baby hasnt been moving much lately either. Its also made me worry. I useto only use my doppler before bed, now I have to check his HB before I goto work and at night :( Also a worry wart

I can relate as sometime during my 24th week, he wasn't too active, even his punches and kicks were not as hard as before anymore...like the others said, it could all be because of space constraints and like you did, I was worried and woke bubs and he responded....:happydance:

Well its good to know I am not alone! I would use a doppler if I had one, but because I don't, I basically just mess around with my tummy until he responds.

hey try not to worry... he still has alot of room to 'hide'. i noticed my movements slowed down abit between 24-27wks. Midwifes say you should start to feel 10 moventments a day from 28wks. x x x
