I feel like its dragging

I am going to get it sexed at 20weeks via babybond. I have my 12 week scan (altho I will be 15+4) in April-NHS at its best.

Had scan at 10+4 due to bleeding, all was ok then so fingers crossed

I have had NO symptoms,apart from early on when I felt a little sick, I don't feel pg what so ever. Is this worrying?
