Our big day was April 7th! After really horrible weather on the 6th there was a little bit of apprehension about what it would be like on the day but there was a complete turn around and the weather on the 7th was glorious, hardly a cloud in the sky and warm (although it did get a little cool in the breeze when we had the photos!). There were a couple of hiccups throughout the day- my cloak not turning up in the post so having to borrow one, the music not working at the ceremony and everyone forgetting plates and napkins for the buffet in the evening
-but nothing so important that it spoiled the day! The ceremony was lovely, short and sweet and the friends we asked to do readings did us proud! The meal was amazing! It was just a bit of a shame that I was too wired to eat much! The reception was brilliant fun, even though fewer people than we expected turned up!
I'm loving married life so far, although not much has really changed besides my name! It's amazing to know that after so much planning and organising we're actually married!
Off on honeymoon to London on Tuesday for a couple of days so we still have something to look forward to! We're now ntnp and I have a new job starting Friday straight away after we get back from honeymoon! Life at the moment is treating me very well indeed!!
