Me.. still unexplained, just had my bloods re done and now waiting for appointment back at hosp to talk about IUI.

Will it be a medicated cycle of IUI?

Could you maybe ask for HCG injections along side Clomid?

Yes my PCT does not offer IUI so i wonder what they will offer me, I will mention theHCG shots though I've read it forces Ovulation I think there is a problem with mine i getpositive OPKs for a week at a time, i think my body is trying but not quite making it

I think you can have clomid and a HCG trigger shot to induce 'super ovulation' where you O've loads of eggs, the idea being more sperm and more eggs in the right place at the same time the more likey it is one will fertilize! I really want to try it but i'll have to pay because my PCT does not offer it, hope your meeting goes well x

That's kind like what I'm on. I take Femara to bolster follicles then HCG shots to trigger ovulation. They're prescribed privately but I know the Nuffield in Glasgow prescribe Femara (its proper name is Letrozole). Its prescribed by some as an alternative to Clomid.xx
