I've had a headache and feeling nauseaous today... It may very well be the recent full moon, the opressive weather and a stressful day at work, but wondered if it might be the agnus castus or B-50... Anyone else had this?

To b honest I'm only taking half the recommended daily dose of agnus castus cos I'm a bit worried about spotting/bleeding that a few ppl have experienced whilst taking it. I have 400mg twice a day. No adverse effects to report so far!! xxxx

B-50 is Vitamin B complex, but all at 50mg each. The RDA of B6 is 2.5mg... But a higher dosage has been known to lengthen the luteal phase. I'm hoping agnus castus doesn't cause mid cycle spotting as that is my problem at the moment and am taking the supplements to try and stop it!!

I wouldn't worry, I just had a look on some other forum sites after googling it it was only a couple of people who mentioned it, the rest of the feedback was pretty positive. I wouldn't take it if not cos I've had major issues in the past with bleeding.....

I am starting Agnus Cactus today as I O quite late for a 28/30 day cycle. Last month I O'd on CD16 but the month before it was CD19.

I am CD5 at the moment. I hope it isn't too late to start them? What do you all think? I would love to O on CD14 and lengthen my LP. I am taking B-50 as well.

I used Agnus Castus cos i have very irregular periods, it seemed to sort them out but took quite a while. I took 2 morning and night after food. I would say give it at least a month or maybe 2 to see if it works. I've been like clockwork for 5 months now.

I got agnus castus from Boots, they are made by Kira but the instructions are one a day is anyone else taking these as opposed to the ones from holland and barrett?

I am thinking about taking them as i have irregular periods so am hoping that these will bring forward ovulation... last cycle i ovd CD23 of a 36 day cycle.

I'm still a bit worried about taking them though in case they make a bad situation worse... does anyone have any words of wisdom for me? Can they make things worse?

So my wee is neon yellow, I've lost all interest in and I'm sleepy all the time... Tell me again why I'm taking agnus castus and vit B50?!!

Bought some cough mixture today to try and encourage ewcm... The things we do eh?!

Chanel I don't think that it can make things worse... but if you're worried you should talk to your GP about it. Good luck hon!

Ok so mine finally came in the mail today. Technically, Im only on cd31, however I dont think ive OVd. I use CBFM, and have been testing on and off (because I have irregular periods after cd20 i figured it was going to be a long cycle this month and didnt want to use up all of my tests) and still nothing. Anyways, should i start taking it now? I am almost certain theres no chance Im pg. Im ready to start a new cycle!!!

The agnus castus says not to be taken when pregnant so i have taken that to mean it's ok for me to take up until ov so i have started taking them from CD1.. hmm wonder its them that's making me sleepy then

Never noticed that on the Holland and Barret bottle. I am taking the exact same as you. Don't know what to think but last month my LP was lengthened by 1 day so that can only be a good thing I think.
