I feel terrible today. I'm 25 weeks and feel awful. I can't get comfortabe. I think i may have got piles as i can feel a lump and it hurts to go to the toilet. Never had them before 
Also the crack of my bum always seems to get sweaty. Does any one else get this and what do they do xx
