Implant and pregnancy

Is it true that a side effect of the contraceptive implant can be 'feeling' pregnant?
I am going insane. I have had my implant 7 months now. The past week or so I have had sore boobs, felt 'weird' like I did before I got my 2 lines with rio, gone off alcohol completely (well I sank nearly 2 bottles of wine last night, but prior to then lol)
I have been feeling very fatigued, cross for no reason. The smell of coffee makes me want to be sick!

I have done two tests that were negative. I am going out of my mind!

My friends LO is 11 months old. My friend is on the pill and has been since her LO was born. She's been feeling 'off' for a while and had been to the doctors twice, who did pregnancy tests which came back negitive. She took a test herself 2 weeks ago which was positive and a scan last week confirmed she was 16 weeks pregnant!

Yikes!!!! Not my favourite thing to read first thing in the morning. Now I'm scared lol xx

I've had two implants and the pregnancy symptoms have happened with both of them. I've never been pregnant on the implant though!
