Implant birth control and ttc?

I'm getting my implant out either this week or next week. Anyone get pregnant straight away after having it removed? I actually had the same birth control before I had my son and we actively ttc after getting it removed, I got it out in September and found out I was pregnant the day after Thanksgiving. This time around were going to ntnp but I secretly want to get a bfp right away any success stories??
