Been on implant 6 weeks now and last few days my boobs have been killing plus they have got bigger is this a side effect?

It hurts afterwards for few days and you bruise really bad but otherwise it's fine. I've had no periods since just bit bleeding off and on. x

Its Romany's Christening 2 days later and il be all bruised up hahaha.....
I still havent had a period since having her, so would like it to keep that way tbh getting used to all these moody free months lolol xx
