Implant out...no AF, Faint BFP please be a sticky bean!!!

i have just took a test (tesco own brand)

i got a positive. very faint tho! i took it because i feel sick & got heartburn, omg omg

i had my implant out almost 8 weeks ago i have had no AF since.

please be a sticky bean!!!

i have no idea when i could be due etc omg omg omg
