Implantation Bleeding

Does anyone know anything about this? Is it like the start of AF or more like spotting? Different for everyone?
Just wondering as it would obviously come at an unexpected time and would hate to be unprepared if I was at work!

I have had what I think is 'spotting'
It was dark brown discharge , sorry tmi
Lasted a couple of days but only had it a couple of times xxx
