Implantation cramps what didnurs feel like

Just wondéing if you had inplantation cramps what did they feel like. I think i had them when ihaf a chemical last yr but that might have been because i lost lo early. I thinknts goodntomknow ive read about it but dont really. Thanks

Mine were intense. 9 DPO and I was walking around the markets. We were about to leave and I felt like someone has stabbed me in my right ovary. I had to stop walking and I couldn't breathe. After about 2-3 minutes it went away and I was fine. When I got home I had some red spotting. 5 days later I got my BFP

I never felt any with my ds but I wasn't on the lookout for them either.
