Holy crap people, I've only made it to page two but if you have an issue with ME and what I posted, take it up with ME, don't post it, spew it and attack me oh so discreetly as to not mention names like I'm not aware you're talking about me, or as if I'm not going to read it and become offended. How about before attacking what I posted, ask me to confirm what I meant and my intentions behind it? Geez.
It's a good thing her doctor told her not to eat because it CAN happen that the epidural can make you throw up during the pushing stage if you get it too late. My story was to explain what happens during the pushing stage if you throw up, that it pushes on the necessary muscles to deliver a baby. My story was to confirm what the doctor said, not to effin scare her.
She should be glad and thankful that her doctor passed on that information to her. I only wish mine had too, so I could have saved myself the pain of recovering and four long years of embarassment.
I hope her labour went well and that she's holding her little baby, and that nothing too dramatic happened, by my god ladies, you should be ashamed of yourselves for blatantly attacking a person for so many pages when she's unable to defend herself. Next time, confirm the intentions behind the post before attacking, send a PM with your concerns over the post or take the damn attack to the debate boards. Grow up.
I have no problem saying i have a problem with what YOU wrote and i wasn't trying to be 'oh so discreet'! I thought i was being quite clear as to what had annoyed me.
There is no excuse for posting what you did to someone who is in labour. It was a thoughtless thing to do and was clearly going to scare her. This is a forum, i'm not going to pm someone everytime i disagree with something that has been said.
Again agreed. I have no problem with saying I have a problem with YOU and what YOU wrote. It was thoughtless and unnecessary. I know it's certainly not something I would of liked to of come on and read if the OP had been me!
