In need of advice please?

hi all
hey im new um i know that you have probably heard this a kazzilian times
from other people buti htink that i may be pregnant.
well i know my period is still not due for another 3 days but i thought i am.

what happened to make me think this was, i stopped taking the pill because i kept getting very bad headaches and dizzy spells from them, i told my boyfriend and he agreed that it was okay and that we'd start using condoms
instead.
well we did but around bout a week after my period we had sex and the condom broke kinda scared us but we thought we were ok but the about two days later it happened again. we thought well we dont like them condoms and if anything was going to happen already did.....
....we had sex without condoms from then on....
being scared the last couple days i went on the net and was reading lots of stuff and that is like the optimum time to get pregnant ...
so i did a test this morning was really faint but still there.

hehehe now that i wrote that all down i just made myself looks stupid..
i must be pregnant. I know that if i am i would love to keep this precious little baby.....
but i just want to know should i wait to test again before i get excited even more....
btw according to this calander thingomabobby thing i'd be 3weeks and 5 days
and sorry if this was too long

A line is a line ... but perhaps you should wait a couple more days to test again to see if it darkens as if your not due for 3 days its still very early. If it does then you'll need to go and see the doctor,

A faint line can still mean its postive, I agree with PP test again in a few days hun x

do you know how long it takes for them to find out or do you find out on the day

how did your boyfriends or maybe not boyfriends or fiances or whatever handle it when you told them

Sorry i dont know about the bloods, i never had any done to confirm my pregnancy.

If your boyfriend was happy to have sex without condoms and you both discussed it beforehand i wouldnt worry too much about what he's going to say. He knows the consequences so he cant be jaw on the floor shocked lol.

My OH was dead pleased, but we were actively TTC so he had no chance for a suprise!!

I would imagine it would be quicker do do another test in a day or two than go to the doctors as results may take a few days.
If i was you i would test again maybe sunday/monday!!

Im not sure about the bloods either as i always just did at home tests.

Since you're still not due for your period for three days,it's understandable that the line is faint.You can test again in a couple of days or if you are very imaptient go to the doctors.
When they did my blood test it took about 2 days for the results to arrive.

Since your boyfriend was fully aware that not using condoms can lead to pregnancy and was still willing,then my guess is even thoug he may be shocked,his reaction won't be bad...

Hi and welcome first of all!
Where you and your boyfriend planning on getting pregnant?
Cos where you said..we thought well we dont like them condoms and if anything was going to happen already did.....
....we had sex without condoms from then on.... That isnt necesarly true atall, During the two times that the condom split you may of been lucky and not fallen pregnant, But as you kept on having sex with out one you've completley put yourself at alot more risk!Which if you wernt planning on a baby then you deffinantly should of used some sort of protection before having sex again and again.
I always think its best to wait untill the day your period is due or after to do a test as anything could happen when you period comes, alot of people get their hopes up when they see a positive before period but then unfortuently end up having their period and m/c.
If I was you id wait atleast 3 days and test again,If its a positive then talk to your boyfriend and see how he feels about everything,bcos when reality hits he may be in alot of shock and take a while to get used to the idea of becoming a young dad.And of course book yourself a doctors appointment to discuss everything and confirm your pregnancy so he can make sure that you and LO are ok.

What brand of condoms are you using??!!!

Uhhh, anyway, yeah, a line is a line and if it is a positive it should continue to get darker. Test again in a few days if you want a more certain result! And get yourself down to the Drs!

To be honest I wish my boyfriend would have the same point of view as to the 'don't like condoms so let's just go for it' Still, it's very serious and I hope you and your OH are prepared for the changes a baby will bring about...

I got a faint line with Caitlin and this one, but still went the doctors to get it confirmed.

If neither of you want a child then use contraception. As somebody else already said, Just because the condom split twice didn't mean you were pregnant. You've put yourself more at risk now by continuing wihtout conraception.

If your not pregnant then try a different brand of condoms to the ones your using, the may bot 'be right' for you.
