in process of 4th MC - when to TTC again??

I had my pregnancy confirmed last week but sadly started to bleed on Sunday. The bleeding didn't last long and I was told to just wait and see what happens.

Well lastnight I started bleeding again and I know now that the pregnancy is definately over. I've had MC's before and this is exactly the same - all be it slightly easier as it is so early on I've had less cramping than normal.

To get pregnant this cycle I used soy on days 2-6, preseed, progesterone cream and a mooncup - I really went to town on making sure we finally got pregnant!! Obviously it worked so I will do the same again but I don't know when to class as day 1 of my cycle?? With my previous miscarriages they have been a few weeks further on so I've had my bleed from the loss and then started AF within a few weeks again. But as this is only at 4 weeks do you think my body may use this bleed as AF as well and that if I took soy now I may ovulate in the next couple of weeks again???

I really don't know what to do. I'm not having a scan until Friday but I know that there is no chance that the embryo is still ok. I'm also booked in for my hycosy a week today and my gp has said as long as I'm not still bleeding I should have it done still. I really don't want to miss my chance this cycle if there is the slightest chance that we can get pregnant again.

Any advice ladies???xxxxx

I'm so sorry for all your losses. I don't really have any sage advice since I just went through 1 miscarriage a little bit ago and was told they don't do anything until you have 3 (so mean to make a woman go through all that without any answers).

It sounds like you have a good baby making plan...I may have to take some tips...how do you use the moon cup (I use diva cup but only for when I have my period) when TTCing? What does soy do?

Are you going to see a specialist now like a reproductive endocrinologist or fertility specialist? I wish you the best of luck.

Soy is taken like clomid on certain cycle days and it can make you ovulate - it worked for me. With the mooncup you just pop it in after sex and leave it in for 12 hours! It stops the semen coming out and therefore keeps the sperm close to the cervix!

I'm seeing my consultant next month so I hope they'll do some more but he said last time he thinks its all down to my hormone levels xxx

If I am ovulating regularly then I wouldn't have to use Soy, right?

I love the idea of using my Diva cup after sex (not a sexy move but if it helps us get pregnant fast I'm willing to try). The time we got pregnant the only thing I did differently was not to "clean up" after sex and I just slept and BOOM pregnant two weeks later so it makes sense that the Moon cup would have the same effect and would ensure even more that the semen stays up where it should.

Are you going to TTC right away or do you want to wait for more answers?

I don't know about soy if you ovulate regularly anyway. I took it cos my consultant said I haven't been ovulating since my previous MC in March 2009.

I want to try again straight away but don't know how it works? With my previous MC's they've been at 6-7 weeks so I've bled from the loss and then got AF a few weeks later. As this is only 4 weeks I don't know if this bleed will double up as AF and if I can take soy now and hope to OV in a couple of weeks???xxx

I think with such an early miscarriage you could try right away (I know I would). I was told to wait 3 cycles (YEAH RIGHT!) I was good and waited one cycle...but now I'm in TTC serious mode.
