In the TWW while writing finals - can't concentrate!

I'm in the middle of writing final exams at school and the only things I can concentrate on are the cramps and twinges in my tummy, and poking at my BBs to see if they're tender!

How do you all concentrate on the other things in life while you're in the TWW?

I'm in school as well and it's hard for me to concentrate. I'm 11dpo and 3 days to test and I'm sitting here trying to figure out the symptoms I have are pregnancy related. I keep poking at my boobs as well! It's like when we are trying to conceive we want the to show up but when we are not trying to conceive we don't want her to show up. I try to think of other things to do to keep my mind and self occupied and it's not working.
