Hi ladies. I had a hysteroscopy/d&c 2 weeks ago to remove scar tissue from my cervix which had been preventing me from having a menstrual flow for several months. I read the pathology report and in the pathology final diagnosis for endometrium and curettings, it says nactive endometrium. Should i be worried?
Has anyone ever heard of this term, can you shed some light? Please.
My Dr has told me that my hormone levels are in the normal range (not menopausal) my ovaries are fine and there was no scarring in my uterine cavity, only in the lower part of my cervix.
I am concerned about what inactive edometrium means.
