Just incase any of u have the same problem i did

Basically i opened a case against my daughters dad in 2006 and never heard a thing i rang endless times this went on until jan 2009 !! In which he now pays 52 pound a month ....With no arrears to pay although the case was opened 2 and a half yrs ago ....I rang and asked why to be told they had done there job right and if i wasnt happy to complain ....on the 16th feb i fired off a complaint not expection to get any where and yesturday i got a cheque for £1556 pounds compensation for money lost including 50 pounds towards phonecalls and the 1506 the arrears in which i couldnt get of my ex due to errors ....so if ur not happy complain u never know u may get somewhere ...

wow lucky you i will defo keep this in mind iam going through the csa at the mo and i would like back payments so if not i will complain thanks xx
