Has one done this or doing this type of "diet"?
I am stuck on 10lbs that will just not shift so I have been looking into intermittent fasting and it sounds doable
I am thinking of doing a 15:9 so 15 hours fasting and 9 hours not so I would not fast between 12-9 pm and do this Monday to Friday
