Introducing Follow-on Milk

Hannah is now has formula 3 times a day and once she turns 6 months we were going to move her over to follow on milk but was wondering on the best way to introduce it - should I do half n half in the one bottle or do it one full bottle at a time over a week?

Wait what follow on milk are we talking about ? is this the one where they get used to the regular cow milk after ?

I was planning on using SMA Progress as she is on SMA Gold at the moment

Ahh ok I thought you were gonna give her follow on milk ..the one we give when were ready to give cows milk ..
