Iphone App- Nike+ GPS

Ive downloaded it (£1.19) and Im eager to use it!! cant wait!!

Basically using GPS it works out how far you have run and keeps a log of it!! There is a website you log into to where you add friends and enter into challenges etc...

Im prompting everyone to download this app (im a beginner runner too) but lets get fit together

Can you use this for walking or is it only for running? x

of course would work for walking too... as it works out your distance.. it would then calculate at what speed you were going! Youd prob find you would walk then get motivated to try running xx
