iPhone gadgets/accesories?

Those with iPhones, are there any cool gadgets you know of that can be bought to use with the phone? My mum's OH absolutely loves his iPhone, so was thinking of getting something to go in the hamper I'm doing for him. I don't want to spend a fortune though. Around £10 I'm thinking. xx
