Hi Ladies. I have PCOS and have been taking Vitex for the past 4 months. Since taking them I have started regular 28 day cycles lasting 5-6 days. I even started tempting last month. On cd18 so I'm not sure if I ovulated or not. But cd12,13,14 I had a + on the saliva ferning ovulation detector. Fast forward to the day of my expected AF and I only experience of gush of brown blood and some brown discharge along with strong cramping. Since then nothing. It's been a week and I've had nothing since then. I've tested BFN but am just not sure what's going on. Anyone experience something like this?

Thanks :)

I don't know much about Vitex but didn't want to read and run!

Is there anyway you can get in for a blood test? I would be concerned that you had four months of consistent results that all of a sudden changed like that.

Thanks for replying! I made an appt with a PCOS specialist but she can't see me until next month. I did have bloodwork done on CD14 but I don't go for the results until the 27th of this month.

I meant a blood pregnancy test love :flower:

Sometimes it can take awhile for hpt's to show positive in some women. Some never get a positive that way. I never had a positive hpt when I was pregnant with my two, it had to be confirmed via a quant (blood) test.

Your wonky almost non-existent period would have me very suspicious if I were in your shoes. I'd demand to have it done today so I could have results back before I went to bed tonight.

Oh lol not yet, my job hours are unfortunately the same as my dr's office hours so it's a little difficult. Hopefully I can get one done soon. The bleeding I had around the time of AF was definitely strange along with cramps not similar to my AF. First time I ovulate (possibly) in 2 years and my body wants to play tricks on me with AF lol.
