So we are interviewing peditricians trying to find a good match. So far the Dr's seem so medicalized its crazy. They look at me like I'm crazy for asking about outpatient care. We are planning a homebirth and looking for someone to do the PKU/newborn screen, Vitimin K ect outpatient. The response I hear is its done in the hospital they do it the second baby is born REALLY? Well what kind of "Intact care" do u recommend ugh debate! Breastfeeding help? They help u in the hospital if you wait till your baby is a few days old to get help they are already dehydrated, jaundice ect all bad ugh No responses I was looking for. Had a recommendation for another Dr with more natural views in a few weeks hope it goes better. Hubby says I am being extreme and these are good Dr's ect Why should I second guess them maybe I should close my eyes say do what ypou want to my babies you know best ugh so dissapointed Any advice similar stories ect?
