Is 7dpo too early for AF cramps?

hi ladies
My husband and I have been ttc for 12 months now. This is my second month on letrozole (first month was 25mg this month 50mg).
i noticed a couple of days ago I started getting a weird head cold, which only lasted a day or two (symptoms are there but less) and a cold sore and pimples. My immune system seems to have hit rock bottom.
Today at 7dpo I started getting AF cramps even though AF is due in a week. My uterus just feels sensitive, like if I press it I will get more AF cramps. Super weird. What’s the difference between AF cramps and implantation? No bleeding or spotting and my cm has dried up apart from the occasion but of creamy cm

I don’t think there’s much of a difference in cramps. Some people get cramps for their whole 2WW. I had cramps for a week before my BFP with DS2. I’ve also had cycles where I just seem to start cramping ages before AF for no reason
Good luck, hope it’s implatation!

Here’s hoping it’s implantation. :)
