We've been using a co-sleeper bassinet for the past 6 months, and LO also winds up in bed with one of us for portions of the night. He's getting too large for the co-sleeper now, and while I do like bed-sharing right now I don't want to do it forever. I want to eventually transition LO to his own room.
My teenage stepdaughter will be staying with us over the holidays and in the summer. Well, there's not much we can do about it, they're going to have to share a room. But I'm trying to figure out what kind of beds to get each of them. Is a crib completely necessary?
Any creative ideas for limited space that involve a crib or beds? Any recommendations for cribs if that's the way I've got to go? I've been playing furniture Tetris in my head for months now, and I still haven't figured it out.
I guess it might be hard to advise if you haven't seen my space and furniture, but perhaps just hearing some of your own creative space solutions will help me to look at it differently.
