…I have tried and I don't know if I'm just really bad at this or my ultrasound isn't good enough but I can't figure it out. Any help?

If it was an abdominal ultrasound I'd say girl!

Actually your ultrasound is really clear compared to most I've seen! I'd say it looks like it is implanted on the right side of the image which, since it is a mirror image since it was abdominal, is actually the left side of your uterus so I'd say Congrats!
