is everyday too much?

Hi ladies sorry for the daft question but this is my 1st month ttc and according to period tracker I will ovulate this Friday. Should we be bding everyday or does that reduce the 'quality' of the swimmers? X

I've heard every other day is meant to build up sperm count but I've been doing it every day with OH too

I have to say for me when I was ttc my first we went wrong with doing it every day and I didn't fall pregnant. The one month I bought the cbfm and bd every other day I fell pregnant. I know everyone's different though so that's just what worked for us :-D Good luck and lots of baby dust x

Every other day till Friday then when O occurs bed the same day, day after and the day after that! Good luck x

The month I got pregnant we did it everyday sometimes even twice, I think unless he has issues with sperm everyday is fine - my doctor advised me to dtd everyday & as much as possible
