Is everyone's baby in a routine?

Stephie I'm in the same boat-back to working in 3 weeks and no idea how it is going to play out! I love feeding on demand and he seems to feed often -either side of a nap -so I'm worried about leaving enough milk. Pumping not going good and panic is setting in.
As for sleeping routine he's pretty regular - every 2 hours or so and up to bed around 9 or ten. Up around 8 or 9 andwakes for feeds overnight. I'm sure he knows what he needs and when )

Good luck!! I'm sure our LOs will be fine. My boy is on a similar two hour awake cycle, so my plan is to leave a bottle for each two hour period I am away from him and feed him on my lunch break. I figure that way he can feed on demand for part of the day. It might not work out but fingers crossed! I hope you are feeling ok about returning to work xxx
