is it normal for nipples NOT to leak?

Mine never leaked during any of my pregnancies, I have always put baby straight to breast when they are born and they have suckled quite happily, within a day or so the milk kicks in and its everywhere!
I fed my 4 and had plenty for them and didn't leak a drop b4 the birth.

Its perfectly normal.

I dont have any and didnt last time until my son was born.

Mine have never leaked in any of my pregnancies so far!

No leaking boobs here either. Although I am prepared for just in case.
