As title says? it's a cheapo one from Avon, ive noticed my arms am getting a little untoned and flabby...im not stupid enough to use this on my tummy it is just for me arms and maybe my top legs? they probably dont even work but its cheap enough...is it ok to use?

This is the description...Tone arms and abs with this battery operated system with 6 different settings...

just wanted to make sure it is ok to use before i go ahead and buy it thanks xXX :flower:

Is it one of those that uses electric shock type things to tone? If it is, I wouldnt, but i might be talking about the wrong thing. :)
I have used one of those before on my legs, and it was sending little electric shocks and making my muscles tighten up - hece the toning.

It includes conductor selector unit and neoprene? ive never had one before and wont bother if it shocks me, i thought it might be like a vibrating thing that will shake the fat away

Ooh, im not sure then. Does it say on the box or the instructions about using when pregnant?

No it just says not suitable for chicldren... i think ill skip it and stop being an idle cow and go swimming
