Is it safe to use cough drops while pregnant? I have a horrible sore throat, no other cold symptom at this point. I have been using a couple cough drops & it didn't say in the warnings anything about being pregnant.

Hi KC,
I do believe it is safe, i never took them personally but my sister drank cough syrup for her the first 3 months and she gave birth to a heathy boy.
just dont pop them like they were candies lol
Happy and healthy 9 months
