But some people are cooking 20lb+ turkeys so we are going to need a lot longer than 2.5hrs and you said yours cooks quicker because you brine it, alot of people dont, so again it will take longer. My turkey was 20lbs last year and we cooked it for 5-6 hours and it was just perfect, not dry at all. Plus mine is stuffed so again it will take a bit longer. I honestly have to say in the whole 13 years I have been cooking Turkey at Christmas never once has it been dry, I will admit one year it was still raw after 5 hours but thats a whole other story !!! lol
