Is my laptop dying? **What shall I get to replace it**

I want to spend as small an amount as humanly possible! lol! But Idont want to waste money buying crap. I had a nightmare of a time enough with getting this one. And Iwould like to get one where should I have any problems I can get them to look at it. When I took this one in to get its broabband connection sorted it turned out that the copy of Windows XP it was running was an illegal copy, that had been registered elsewhere.

Will prob be a month or two before I buy, I just wanted to do some research first. Plus I have no idea how to transfer all my stuff like my internet setting etc to another computer? At least if I go to somewhere like PC World they might be able to do it all for me.

pc world will do it for you , but it will cost you around £50 as its £25 just for a data transfer of your files.
