Is Reflexology safe?

I have a reflexology appointment in 1 hour and I was just wondering what others thought about the safety of it during early pregnancy?

I know it's sort of unknown but would you do it?

I'm going with my mother in law so it would be hard to have a conversation about it with the reflexologist without giving away our new secret.

I wouldn't chance it at 4/5 weeks. Massage is highly advised against in tri 1, and isn't reflexology a type of massage? If anything, I would tell your reflexologist you are pregnant. But I wouldn't do it, and if I did I would want that person additionally certified in prenatal massage and them to know. But I waited until tri 2 (my anatomy scan) and an ok from my gyn before I let anybody massage me.
