Is there 2 ? What am I seeing on this ultrasound?!

Ok..... I know the heart glows on an ultrasound..... Why are the feet glowing too? And why is my baby a straight stick and not curved like a bean ? What are all these glowing part? Does this look ok? Like one healthy baby? Or what?! Hmmmmmm they didn't do a transvaginal one and I was only 7.1wk at the time of this , they only did a regular ultrasound....

I had a scan today @7w1d. Our beans look pretty similar. sometimes they can look very straight if the picture is from their back and is not a profile shot. I don't see 2. But, I'm not really experienced at looking at ultrasounds!

at that point the yolk sac is still disappearing, your scan looks really similar to mine at 7.5 weeks and I remember my ob pointing that out. it's just some extra stuff hanging around before the placenta takes over, definitely only looks like one little bean though! but I'm not a doctor of course

Whew thanks so much ladies!!! Such a relief!!! Haha I have been having dreams and convincing myself there's 2 because of how sick I have been and how painful my boobs are!! Glad to hear baby looks good and similar to your 7 wk scans also I was a little worried why was baby straight when all the 7wk scans I googled look like Lil Lina beans lol

I'm a sonographer. This is just baby from front on. If they scanned side on it would probably look more bean shaped. Don't worry, it looks lovely xxx

These are my ultrasound pictures. They were at 8w2d by dates, but they claim 7w1d by their measurements.
