Is there a way to keep track of my threads?

Is there anyway i can see my threads instead of having to go back to the group i posted in and search for my thread? & is there there anyway i can see when i get a new reply? Thanks

Clciking User CP on the top left or right of the forum will take you to subscribed threads.
